Cancellation & Refund Policy of MyProjectHost


At MyProjectHost, we strive to offer the best web hosting, SSL, email, and other web services to our clients. We understand that sometimes our services may not meet every client’s needs. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive Cancellation & Refund Policy to address these concerns.

Cancellation Policy

  • Requesting Cancellation: Clients wishing to cancel their service must submit a cancellation request through the client dashboard or by sending an email to support@myprojecthost.com. The request must include the service to be cancelled, the reason for cancellation, and the account holder’s details for verification purposes.
  • Approval of Cancellation: Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will verify your account details and process the request. We aim to process all cancellation requests within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon approval of the cancellation request, the service will be terminated, and the account will be deactivated. Clients are advised to backup all their data before submitting a cancellation request as MyProjectHost will not be responsible for any data loss after cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to Shared Web Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Custom Hosting, and WordPress Hosting services. Clients who are not satisfied with these services can request a full refund within 30 days from the activation date of the account.
  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee is restricted solely to VPS Hosting services. Clients who are not satisfied with their VPS Hosting can request a full refund within 7 days from the activation date of the account.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Please note that domain registrations, SSL certificates, email services, and any other add-on services are non-refundable due to the costs associated with these services.
  • Processing Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Start of Guarantee Period: It’s important to note that the countdown to the end of the guarantee period begins from the activation date of the account, not the order placement date.


  • Breach of Terms: Refunds will not be issued in cases where the client has breached MyProjectHost’s Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting illegal content, engaging in prohibited activities, or using the service for spamming purposes.
  • Renewals: Service renewals are not covered under our Money-Back Guarantee. It is the responsibility of the client to cancel any services they no longer require before the renewal date.
